Roze Distribution Policies and Information

• Note on combined item quantity discounts: Our Shopping Cart software cannot calculate the quantity discount if the total is over multiple calibers. Our sales staff will do that when the order is processed. Please email us with any concerns. We check every order for pricing accuracy.

• Roze must have a verification of age form on file before your order can be processed. Use the Age Verification Form
  
  
• It is important that we have a daytime phone number for you. We also need an email address if you want to receive tracking info.  We do not sell our mailing lists or phone numbers to anyone.
  
  
• We no longer ship C.O.D.
  
  
• Ship your exchange brass (after approval) to us by whatever method is most affordable for you.  Please ship to 1601 22nd Street SE Cullman, AL 35055 instead of the PO Box.
  
  
• Your brass must be sorted by caliber for you to receive credit.  If not sorted, you will only be given scrap value.
  
  
• Roze Distribution must authorize any return of merchandise. Call 1-800-204-1526 or email rozedistribution@aol.com for authorization.
